Room deposit: depending on room category

Key deposit: €70.00 (refundable)

One-off processing fee: €100.00 (not refundable)

GreenHouse in the Seestadt Aspern

Approx. 7 minutes’ walk to U2 metro station “Seestadt”

At GreenHouse, you enjoy eco-friendly living in one of Vienna’s most modern districts. The nearby bathing lake is the perfect place to relax after studying. The U2 metro line takes you directly to the University of Vienna and the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).

We run GreenHouse in partnership with the OeAD-Wohnraumverwaltungs GmbH and the ÖJAB. On-site management is provided by a team from ÖJAB. If you have any questions, we are always happy to assist.
